He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Clyde "Barney" and Mary Maurine Neal (Fosnight); and his grandson Joshua M. Neal. He is survived by: his wife Meredith A. Neal (Whittinghill) of Thorntown; his children, Phyllis Blume (Andy) of Thorntown, Jeff Neal of Lebanon and Eugene Neal (Alice) of Lewistown, Montana; his grandchildren, Aaron Neal, Adam Neal (Alex), Jacob Neal, Jason Cline (Shellie), Jonathon Neal, Samantha Shaible (Derek), Cathy Blume (Dustin Thomas) and Mary Marnocha (Brian); and his brother Robert E. Neal (Diana) of Crawfordsville. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
