Bolinger (Reagan) of Mechanicsburg; her former husband Jack Blackstone; her children, Chrystal L. Blackstone of Chicago, Steven L. Blackstone of Lebanon and Willy G. Blackstone of Lebanon; and her grandson Hunter A. Lee Blackstone.
