He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Alice Dunk (Gartland). He is survived by: his father Eldon Clair (Marcia) of Florida; his wife Angie Dunk of Thorntown; his sons, Cannon Dunk of Thorntown and Austin Campbell of Indianapolis; his brother John David "Dave" Dunk (Marie Bellville) of Michigan; his half-sister Dawn; his mother-in-law Karen Smith of Kirklin; and his sisters-in-law, Crystal Wallsmith of Frankfort and Nikki Batt (David) of Delphi. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and a Great Niece.
