He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Nora Coffman and Cecil Holladay; and his great-niece Adalynn Beard. He is survived by: his parents, Dale L. Coffman and Linda J. Coffman (Holladay) of Thorntown; his children, Austin Coffman (Caitlin) of Jamestown and Michelle Crowder (Nathan); his siblings, Kelly Bevard (Carl) of Thorntown and Dale Coffman, Jr. (Amy) of Lebanon; and his grandmother Marjorie Holladay of Thorntown. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews; numerous aunts and uncles.
