He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Elsie Mae Speer (Decker); his sisters, Elizabeth Siddall and Linda Allen; and his stepfather George Speer.
He is survived by: his pet Mel; and his siblings, Maxine Martin, George Speer Jr. and Lebanon Thomas Speer of Lebanon Many. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
