He was predeceased by: his parents, Haven Rice and Bessie Rice; his wives, Judy Rice (Bush) and Donna Rice (Swank); and his grandson Mitchell Rice.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Rice (Mary) of Jamestown, Dan Rice (Lorrie) of Thorntown and Beth Richardson (Doug) of Lebanon; and his stepchildren, Teresa Fisher (Mike) of Lebanon, Michael Swank (Diane) of Thorntown and Becky Smith (Willie) of Thorntown. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dover Christian Church or Western Boone Athletics.
