He was predeceased by: his grandmother Joyce Curtis; and his children, Dominic and Zoey. He is survived by: his parents, Duane Curtis and Amy Curtis (Black) of Sinton, Texas; his wife Megan Newman; his daughters, Emberlee of Terre Haute, Indiana and Amberlynn of Terre Haute, Indiana; and his brother Schuyler Curtis (Sierra) of Owensboro, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
