He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Stephens and Barbara Stephens; his stepfather Jerry Lankford; and his brother Robert Stephens. He is survived by: his nephew Harold Paul Loveall III; his sister Theresa Loveall (Harold); his children, Allen Stephens, Angela Stephens and Veronica Nevins (Lee); and his grandchildren, William, Owen and Amelia Nevins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
