He was predeceased by: his brother Dale Cox. He is survived by: his children, Vince Cox of Newport, Harley Cox of Brazil, Rebecca Fransted (Greg) of Mecca and Darah'ray Montalvo of Colorado; his grandchildren, Serenity, Gunner, Owen, Journee, Lyric, Chevelle, Axel, Olliver, Cylleen, Irelynd and Aubery; and his siblings, Alan Cox (Cathy), Jeff Cox, Gayle McCoy (Mel) and Tonya McKee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
