He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Harvey and Ariel Harvey (Benton); and his siblings, William Harvey and Nancy Fischer. He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Herline (Ray), Linda Yowell (Gary), Tammy Schell (Jerry) and Tim Hough. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
