He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Waldron and Helen Ornduff Waldron; his wife LaVonne Waldron; and his son Joseph R. Waldron. He is survived by: his sister Ruby Waldron (Bill Bower); and his siblings-in-law, Gale "Bud" Travis (Donnetta) and Theada Morris (Victor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
