He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon E and Mary E. Cramer (Wilson); and his brother Vernon W. Cramer. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Cramer (McCune); his children, Robin Cramer (Anita Bean) and Brad Cramer (Leeanne); his grandchildren, Amanda Drake (Jason), Nick Cramer, Catherine Perry (Logan) and Susan Cramer; and his great grandchildren, Colbie Drake and Brecken Drake. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
