She was predeceased by: her parents, John Flanagan and Elizabeth Flanagan (Mullen); and her siblings, AnnaMary Botts, Marguerite Flanagan, Evalyn Stringer, Jack Flanagan, Paul Flanagan and Patty Decker.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Ann Sullivan of Hawaii; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Sue Stringer, Mary Lib Sovick, Patty Ann Petrarca, Jeanne Bilyeu, Susan Decker, Mike Flanagan and Jim Decker; her great-niece Molly Crawn; and her sister Helen Jo Flanagan.
