He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Breanne Newton (Jan), Jessica Knowles (Sam) and Caitlin Frederick (Matt); his grandchildren, Timmy, Adi, Tylen, Ryder, Hadley, Jax, Easton and Madyson; his siblings, David Decker (Shelley) and Janet Otte (Brian); his siblings-in-law, Jane Lingenfelser (Gary) and Bill Graham; and also Vickie Decker.
In lieu of flowers make donations to First Baptist Church West Terre Haute missions fund.
