She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Presnell, III and Peggy Pitts Presnell; and her brother William Joseph Presnell. She is survived by: her children, Natasha Poulter (Harley) and William Cook; her grandchildren, Joshua Carter, Alyssa Carter, Khloe Jones, Kelly Jones, Brianna Poulter, Aiden Poulter, Zella Cook and Molly Cook; and her sister Elizabeth Vester (Solomon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
