She is survived by: her father Charles Evans (Vickie Lynn Starr); her husband Patrick; her mother Vickie Starr (Kevin) of Terre Haute; her children, Brent Henricks (Rylan) of Terre Haute and Brittany Bishop (Brandon) of Dennison; her stepbrother Craig Starr of Terre Haute; and her half-brother Josh Evans (Leigh). She is also survived by five grandchildren.
