He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neice Sr. and June Rose Wiley Neice; his wife Angela Burris Neice; and his siblings, Rodney, Kenny Neice, Linda Neice and Debbie Edwards.
He is survived by: his daughter Jacklin Copper; and his siblings, William "Bill" Neice Jr. of Goshen, Johnny Neice of Shirkieville and Diana Lamb.
