She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Tilley and Mary LeBrun Tilley; and her husband Norman Anton Fell. She is survived by: her children, Norman Anton "Norm" Fell, Jr. and Kimberly Sue Fell; her siblings, Donna K Tilley Foxworthy and Edward Charles Tilley (Nedra); her daughter-in-law Connie Fell; her cousin Carole LeBrun Reynolds; and also Annie.
