He is survived by: his wife Whitney; his children, Laney, Jovee and Belle; his parents, Mark DeMoulin and Karen DeMoulin; his sisters, Kim Harden (James) and Kristin Edelstein (Mike); and his grandparents, Jahala DeMoulin and James Haggerty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
