He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Anderson (Andy) and Neva Thompson Anderson; and his brother Bruce of Columbus, Indiana.. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Winning Anderson; his sons, Jerrod Sanders (Jennifer), Joshua Anderson (Jamie) and Will Carey; and his grandchildren, Jarrod "JD" Sanders, Jr., Jaxson Sanders, Joselyn Sanders, JoLee Anderson and James Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Brian can be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society.
