He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wortman and Essie Mae Wortman (Costner). He is survived by: his wife Diana; his grandchildren, Stephen, Matthew, Daniel Harvey, Shelby Marchino (Curtis), Erin, Alea Wortman, Lauren and Adam Koontz; his great grandchildren, Mae, Ben and Eli Marchino; his former wife Brentwood Beach; his daughter-in-law Catherine Walsh-Wortman; and his extended family, Troy, Jeff, Timothy, Chip and John Conley.
