She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Blackwell and Bette Blackwell; and her brother Steve Blackwell. She is survived by: her children, Staci McIntyre (Tom) and Brian Stewart (Nicole); her grandchildren, Kylie Cox (Cody), Michael Stewart and Nick Stewart; her sister Melodie Staley (Dave); and her sister-in-law Margie Blackwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
