She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli W. Hawkins and E. Lucille Hawkins; and her siblings, Aubrey Hawkins, Estel Hawkins and Albert Hawkins.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Stephens; her stepson Mark Stephens (Laurel) of Sarasota, FL; her siblings, Sue Daum (Allen) of Tell City, Stanley Hawkins (Norma) of Douglas, KS, Judy Spencer (Bobby) of Benton, AR, Paulette McCallister of Tell City and Claudine Peter (Joe) of Tell City; and her sister-in-law Christine Hawkins of Tell City.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church in Middletown, Ky, or the Lions Club.
