He was predeceased by: his father Paul Gerlach; and his brothers, Allen and Mike. He is survived by: his children, Emily Klein (Adam) of Livingston, TX, Maria Shouse (Mike) of Philpot, KY and Eli Gerlach of Owensboro, KY; his siblings, Paul Gerlach (Sharon) of St. Meinrad, IN and Vickie Deom (Paul) of St. Marks, IN; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Thea, Leonie, Zane, Sophie, Kadence, Kooper and Cora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
