He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. and Mary O. Rudolph (Taylor); his brother Donnie Rudolph; and his sister-in-law Valerie Rudolph. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia "Patty" Fuchs; his wife Patricia Rudolph; his children, Nicholas Parrott (Jordan) of Tell City, Travis Cavazos (Angel) of Colorado Springs and Jamie Zweifel of Elizabethtown, KY; and his siblings, Bill Rudolph (Dianne), Marilyn Rhodes (Melvin), Melvin Rudolph and Charlena Williams (Marty).
