He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Howe and Bettye Kilian (Labhart); and his sister Vicky Tuggle. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Poehlein; his children, Shawn Howe, Shannon Etienne (Glenn), Rachel Roark (Chris) and Angela Black; his grandchildren, Rylan, Grayson, Braeden, Jaelynn, Brennon, Breckin, Harper and Phoenix; and his siblings, Cheryl Goffinet (Stan), Angela Howe, Pamela Stuteville Black, Mike Stuteville, Les Stuteville (Amy) and Joel Stuteville (Terri).
