He is survived by: his sister Betty Jo Daily of Speedway; his son Greg Chism (Kathy) of Pierceton; and his grandchildren, Joshua Hecox (Brooke) of Wabash, Brandon Chism (Terra) of Jonesboro, Ashley Tully (Wade) of North Manchester, Natasha Harris (Stacy) of Trenton, GA, Jareth Chism (Lisha Glasscock) of North Manchester, Dezaree, Allie, Katlynn, Cameron, Teraka, Madison, Cassie, Christian, Tristan, Ryan, Jayden, Liam and Drake. He is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.
