He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. Johnson and Sarah Johnson (Thompson); and his brother William E. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Jacklyn Johnson (Smith); his children, Laura Heape (Ryan) of Indianapolis and Caleb Johnson (Jodeana) of Merom, Indiana; his grandchildren, Willow Johnson, Katherine Heape and William Johnson; and his sister Jo Ellen Johnson of Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
