With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Slade (Sullivan, Indiana), born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on March 18, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aulderson Slade and Emma Slade (Yocky); and his siblings, John, Bobby, Carolyn Rutlidge and Mary Lou Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Meng (Joleigh) of Shelburn, Jennifer Slade of Sullivan, Kala Slade of Carlisle and Tori Slade of Sullivan; and his brother Rick Slade (Dianna) of Whiting. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
