She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Phegley and Susan Phegley (Arthur); and her brother Earl Phegley. She is survived by: her siblings, Owen Phegley (Laura), Jake Phegley (Annette), Tina Cottingham and Shannon Torrence (Aaron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
