She is survived by: her husband Victor McCoy; her daughters, Tammy Sue McCoy of Sullivan and Kelia Beth McCoy Dean (Rob) of Carbondale; her siblings, Shirley Thomson (David McIntyre) of Newburg, Norman Bowen (Ellen) of Sevierville, Charles Bowen of Poland and Albert Leroy Bowen (Pat) of Bloomington; her half-brothers, George Bowen Jr. (Karen) of Florida and Dennis Bowen (LeAnn) of Danville; and her grandchildren, Rachel DeNae Green, Robby Dean and Ben Dean.
