She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burnett and Lucille Rich Burnett; her former husband Lawrence Chenoweth; her husband Ronald Jewell; her sons, Dan Chenoweth and Lawrence Chenoweth; and her sisters, Myrna Stringer and Wilma Burnett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah of Sullivan and Gena Chenoweth of Sullivan. She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
