He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Blevins and Emily Blevins (Miller); his wife Delores Jean Blevins; his daughter Emily Kay Blevins; and his siblings, Dide, Frank, Columbus, Francis, Jesse, Oscar, Robert Blevins, Stella Ross, Delcie Decker and Elva Hollars.
He is survived by: his son Duke Wayne Blevins of Spiceland; his grandchildren, Kristina Blevins and Tinsley of Washington; his great grandchild Willow Mae Blevins; and his nephew Jerry Hollars of Markleville. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
