He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. "Bob" and Ruth Neal (Williams). He is survived by: his friend Spiceland Church; his children, Jacob Neal (Kate) of Cincinnati, OH, Matt Neal (Renee) of Greeneville, TN and Danielle Sybert (Phil) of Jarrell, TX; his grandchildren, Braden, Allison, Jessica Neal, Colton, Ryleigh Neal, Hunter, Conner and Baby Ryker; and his brothers, Stephen Neal (Denise) of Huntington, Terry Neal of Dearborn, MI and John Neal (Grace) of Somerset, KY.
