He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Hancock and Garnett Hancock (Agee); and his brothers, Morris Hancock and John Hancock. He is survived by: his wife Linda Simon Wieking; his children, Debra Wieking, Charles Hancock and Steven Hancock (Holly); his grandchildren, Augustus, Stephanie, Savanna, Adam and Lilly; his siblings-in-law, Charlie Simon (Wanda), Barbara Simon and Ruth Hancock; and his niece Rhonda Lieske.
