She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Smith. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Fitzpatrick (Meyers); her children, Hunter J. Bishop, Hayden M. Bishop, Hannah M. Wagoner, Halle K. Wagoner and Ian H. Bishop; and her brothers, Dennis Witlow and Robert Witlow.
Due to State regulation, all visitors must wear a mask and maintain social distancing, and only 50 people will be allowed in attendance at one time.
Contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
