He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eldon and Joycalee May Bush (Ruse); his former wife Penny Gail Bush (Middleton); and his children, Clara Grace Bush and Scott Bradley Bush.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Jo Leidig; his wife Mary Jo Bush; his children, Joshua Bush (Rachel), Alican Parmley, Darrick Hasselburg, Richard Hasselburg (Sonia Dillehay-Azarelli) and Benjamin Bush; his grandchildren, Timothy Bush, Livia Parmley, Sarah Hasselburg, Luke Hasselburg, Kloe Dillehay, Drake Hasselburg and Harrison Hasselburg; and his siblings, Patsy May Bush, Mark Bush (Celetia) and Mac Bush (Myra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials contributions may be given to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
