He was predeceased by: his father Lucian Willard Hale. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Lou Hale (Rawley); his significant other Patricia Hale (Walker); his children, Adrienne Winks (Jeremy Hodge), Brittany Hale (Ethan Juengerman), Chad Hale (Mikie) and Heather Jewell (Shane); and his siblings, Tim Hale and Sherri Matthews (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
