Dowell, Crystal Swinehart, Jennifer (Michael Gouldsmith) and Myranda (Kenneth Stuart); his grandchildren, Katrina, Odin, Leighlyn, Lucas, Carissa, Kara, Miah, Asher and Evan; his siblings, Linda (John Reed), Helen Parr, Lori (Bob Weber), Randy (Donna Dowell), Beth Webster, Teresa (Fritz Abernathy) and Amanda Dowell; and also Michael Gouldsmith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
