It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Johnie Freeman Jr. of Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Sr. Freeman and Goldie Freeman (Bruner); his siblings, Russell, Joseph, Donald, Leon Freeman and Lois Freeman; and his great grandchild Dominic Arthur.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mildred Cain; his wife Mildred Freeman of Spencer; his children, Rhonda Arthur (Garold) of Spencer, Patricia Gunderman (Dennis) of Spencer, Michael Freeman (Linda Hallman) of Chevy Chase, John "Andy" Freeman (Sue) of Spencer, Larry Freeman (Linda) of Jasper, Geneva Green (Matthew) of Spencer and Loretta Patton (John) of Gosport; and his siblings, Samuel Freeman, Ira Freeman, Nancy Fulk, Martha Hamm, Rosamae Hendricks and Barbara McQueen. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Brotherhood Scholarship Fund in care of the funeral home.
