He was predeceased by: his parents, Hascal Harding Parsley and Versie Parsley (Copas); his wife Carolyn Parsley (Kingery); his son Ronald Parsley; his grandson Joshua Parsley; and his siblings, Kenneth Parsley, Farris Parsley, Mitchell Parsley and Edgar Parsley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Holland, Debbie Corbin (Robert), Teresa Delp and Lisa Rotino; his grandchildren, Joey Wyatt, Jennifer Holland-Gobin, Jessica Holland, Nikki Parsley-McCarter, Jason Parsley (Amber), Stephanie Francis, Tiffany Durham (Danial), Robert II Corbin (Gia), Amanda Delp-Young, Ryan Delp (Ashley), Samantha Burke-Trieschman (Aaron), Kimberly Burke and Heather Burke; his daughter-in-law Chris Parsley; and his siblings, Bradley Parsley (Bertha) and Edith Holmes (Bill). He is also survived by twenty eight great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
