He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sr. McIntosh and Mildred McIntosh (Kiser); and his granddaughter Brittany Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McIntosh; his children, Robert McIntosh (Retha) of Spencer, Donna Elmore (Stan) of Spencer, Sherry McIntosh (Chris Barker) of Spencer, Tammy Pirkey (Jason) of Texas and Tara Glover (Rob) of Spencer; and his siblings, Mike McIntosh (Angie), Karen Morley (Ron) and Micki Fountain. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
