It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Shields of Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Shields to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Livingston and Della Livingston (Bland); her siblings, Harold Livingston (Pearl), Floyd Livingston (Tempie), Lorn Livingston, Naomi Wood (Clifford) and Ruby Lewis (Bill); her daughter Debra Shields; and her grandson Richie Baugh.
She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Shields (Cy); her nephew Bill Wood; her close friends, Anton Neff and Lois West; and her daughters, Connie Phelan (Dean), Charlene Baugh and Julia Kean. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will take place at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home, 105 North Montgomery Street, Spencer, after the Covid 19 Epidemic.
