She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Otto and Mildred Mae Gregory (Vanover); her husband Robert Decker; her children, Ronda Woolbright and Dale Ray Decker; and her siblings, Steven Robertson, Willard Gregory, Roger Robertson and Susan Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, David Allen Decker (Pam) of Linton, Larry Decker (Darla) of Bloomington, Debra Haines (Chester) of California, Michael Ray Decker (Wendy) of Spencer and Nikita Decker (Laura) of Bloomington; and her sister Patty Bowman of Spencer. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
