She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Nathan Duling and Nettie Louise Duling (Fiscus); her son Stephan James Vaughn; her brother James "Jimmy" Duling; and her sister-in-law Peggy Beasley.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Vaughn and David Vaughn (Lisa); her grandchildren, Amber Page, Logan Vaughn (Rachel), Landon Vaughn (Leslie), Autumn Blankenship (Tyler), Amy Morgan (Derek), Elliott Page, Easton Page, Lane Page, Clara Vaughn, Drew Vaughn, Jack Vaughn, Olivia Vaughn, Everly Vaughn and Westlyn Blankenship; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Macy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Owen County Public Library Pavilion through the funeral home.
