He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Kay Cummins (Wickers). He is survived by: his father Robert "Bob" Lee Cummins (Bonnie) of Poland; his son Brian Worley Uppencamp Cummins of Spencer; his sister Jennifer Gao of Poland; and his stepsiblings, Philip Follette of Monrovia and Shawn McKay of Speedway. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
