Allen Abshier Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2022, at the age of 83, Allen Abshier of Spencer, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Riley and Louise Abshier (Flora); his wife Mary Diane Abshier; and his siblings, Thomas Abshier, Jr., Frederick Abshier, Nancy Evans, Walter Abshier, Elsie Abshier, Carol Doran, Suzanne Thompson and Priscilla Muse.

He is survived by: his children, Janet Cook (James) of Bloomfield, John Allen Smith (Debra Skinner) of Bedford, Kenneth James Smith (Bella) of Bloomfield, Julie Ann Seering of Indianapolis and Tracy Dawn Harper (Christopher) of Greenwood. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
