It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adriana Gillaspy of Spencer, Indiana, born in Leonardtown, Maryland, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Briscoe and Hilda Briscoe (Maddox); her husband John T. Gillaspy; and her siblings, Hilda Wade Briscoe, Maria Louisa Gardiner and John Hanson Briscoe.

She is survived by: her sons, John A. Gillaspy (Lisa) of Florida, Thomas Gillaspy (Valarie) of Spencer and Philip Gillaspy (Barbie) of Florida; her grandchildren, Melissa, Nick, Julie and Adrian; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Lauren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Catholic Church or the Owen County Community Foundation.
