He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Franke (Ostermier) and Gilbert Franke; his brother Dan Franke; and his sister-in-law Ann Franke. He is survived by: his wife Mary Franke (Johnson); his children, Tim Franke (Dee) and Nancy Bailey (John); his grandchildren, Lexi Bailey, Jacob Bailey and Samantha Franke; and his friend Dave Ross.
