She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold W. Phares and C. Marie Phares (Brandenburg); her husband Philip Wray Phares; her stepson Donald Phares; and her grandson Jason Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina Haehl (Mike); her stepchildren, Pat Phares (Debbie), Kenny Phares (Tammy), Ronald Phares, Arthur Phares (Tanya) and Mary Christina Scott (Jeff); her grandchildren, Seth, Nicholas, Jonathan, Justin, Jessica, Jennifer, Summer, Garrett, Matthew, Michael, Brady, Brandon, Dustin, Danielle and Joey; her brother Tom Phares (Michelle); her aunt Theresa Phares; and her close friends, Sharon and Ron Hardwick. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
